 | Our Senior Adults are known as the Keenagers. During the year they involved themselves in projects such as preparing Care Packages for our college students, fruit bags for our homebound members at Christmas and Easter baskets for our homebound and nursing home members at Easter.
They also enjoy special get-togethers such as the yearly Thanksgiving lunch and worship service, occasional banquets and occasional retreats.
Very often they can be seen on the church van taking trips to a dinner theatre, a play, to the mountains and on overnight trips to places such as Pigeon Forge, the Biltmore House, and Pennsylvania. They have even planned a cruise in the Spring of 2010 to Bermuda. |
